Tänä keskiviikkona kappeli-illan ohjelmassa on opetus otsikolla ”Kuinka elää Herralle kunniaksi?”. Illassa käsitellään elämän perimmäisiä kysymyksiä Raamatun suuren draaman kaaren valossa – Aadamista Jeesuksen kautta päädytään meidän jokapäiväiseen elämäämme. Tavoitteena on, että tämä yksinkertaisen haastava kysymys avautuisi illan aikana ja saisi vastakaikua Raamatun sanoista. Puhujana toimii toisen vuoden teekkariopiskelija Siyan Zhuang Ristin killasta. Luvassa on myös ylistyslauluja ja iltapalaa. Ilta on avoin kaikille kiinnostuneille vakaumuksesta riippumatta! Lämpimästi tervetuloa!

The prayer meetings are held of the first and third Monday of each month somewhere in Otaniemi. 6 16:15: Saunailta Velskolassa 06.02.2024 16:15 Velskolan kurssikeskus Vääräjärventie 2 Espoo, It’s time to relax! Luckily, help is close and in the form of a Sauna evening in Velskola on Tuesday, February 6th. Carpool rides leave from the intersection of the road to Otaniemi Chapel and Jämeräntaival at 4:15 pm. At Hvittorp, we begin with dinner, then go to sauna / play board games (there’s 3 hours for this), have a devotional, and are back in Otaniemi at 10:30 pm. Lue lisää ja ilmoittaudu here.

Generally speaking, however, the evening will consist of a teaching, a free evening snack, socialising, and a devotional.

14 19:00: Miika Korppi: From teekkari to a missionary 14.02.2024 19:00 The Living Room of the Teekkari Village Jämeräntaival 5 A Espoo, In the Bible, Jesus encourages Christians to spread the good news of the gospel around the world to every person. But are there opportunities in missionary work for others besides just pastors, doctors, and well diggers? Could the skills learned at Aalto University also be utilized globally to advance the gospel? Come and hear about the diverse and inspiring opportunities in missionary work, as Miika Korppi from the Missionary Association Kylväjä will speak about them. His own path led him from graduating as a Master of Science in Engineering from Aalto University to a career in missionary work. The actual programme starts at 7:00 PM, but you are welcome to join the starting from 6:30 PM. The evening concludes with a free supper and devotion.

21 19:00: Boardgame evening 21.02.2024 19:00 The Living Room of the Teekkari Village Jämeräntaival 5 A Espoo, Kaipaatko kevennystä tenttiviikon keskelle? Tai tekeekö ihan muuten vaan mieli pelailla lautapelejä ja hengata hyvässä seurassa? Tervetuloa peli-iltaan! Tuo itsesi, kaverisi sekä parhaimmat lautapelisi! Iltapala toteutetaan nyyttäriperiaatteella. Illan päättää iltahartaus.

26 18:30: Vuosikokous 26.02.2024 18:30 Otaniemen kappelin toimisto Jämeräntaival 8 Espoo, Tervetuloa Ristin killan vuosikokoukseen Otaniemen kappelin toimistolle (Jämeräntaival 8) maanantaina 26.2. klo 18.30. Kokouksessa käsitellään sääntömääräiset asiat; mm. päästetään viimevuoden johtokunta vastuuvapauteen. Lisäksi keskustellaan mahdollisesta sääntöjen muuttamisesta siltä osin, ettei kokouksista jatkossa tarvitsisi tiedottaa AYY:n toimiston tai kappelin ilmoitustauluilla. Ylistys ja rukous on elintärkeä osa uskovan elämää. Tuodaan yhdessä kaikki kiitos- ja rukousaiheemme Jumalan eteen. Tulkaa, kiittäkää minun kanssani Herraa, kunnioittakaamme yhdessä hänen nimeään!
