The Guild of the Cross (in Finnish, Ristin kilta) is an interdenominational Christian student association. We are united by our belief in Jesus Christ – our Saviour.

Killan säännöllistä ohjelmaa ovat keskiviikkoiset kappeli-illat klo 18.30 sekä viikottaiset rukouslounaat jossain opiskelijaravintolassa. Kuitenkin kappelilla ilmaantuneiden sisäilmaongelmien vuoksi the chapel evenings are currently being held in other facilities around Otaniemi, most commonly in the Living Room of the Teekkari Village (Jämeräntaival 5A) or in the association space of the Maari Building (Sähkömiehentie 5, 2nd floor, room 240–241). Please verify the locations from the event calendar. You may also ask the spokesperson (tiedottaja@ristinkilta.fi) to add you to the mailing list, through which more detailed information about the events will be sent weekly.

2 18:30: Jouni Lallukka: Why are you in a hurry? 02.10.2024 18:30 Otaranta Clubroom Otaranta 8 B the cellar Espoo, Syksyn kiireet opintojen, töiden ja muun elämän parissa ovat saattaneet saada sinutkin pohtimaan, miten tässä taas kävi näin. Kiireen ja stressin keskellä arjen mielekkyys ja motivaatio voivat hukkua, ja toiveena on vain selviytyä seuraavaan lomaan asti. Toivottavasti sinulla on silti tänä keskiviikkoiltana hetki aikaa, sillä kiltaillassa on luvassa toivontäyteistä sanomaa muun muassa Raamatun keinoista stressin välttämiseksi ja helpottamiseksi. Aiheesta opettamaan saapuu Patmoksen kehityspäällikkö ja raamatunopettaja Jouni Lallukka, joka on myös kirjoittanut kirjan illan aiheesta. Ilta alkaa klo 18.30, mutta paikalle pääsee viim. klo 18.15. Tervetuloa mukaan! Illan päättävät ilmainen iltapala ja -hartaus.

You are welcome to join the Alpha course, in which one can freely bring up their opinions, listen to what others have to say, and learn a bit about the perspective of the Christian faith. The course consists of weekly meetings each Thursday at 18.00 in the Living Room of Teekkari village (Jämeräntaival 5 A, cellar). Each meeting time starts with a dinner, followed by discussions inspired by a short video in the beginning. 9 18:30: Seurailta 09.10.2024 18:30 OUBS studio Jämeräntaival 1 Seurat (lat. sequitur) on ilta, jossa jokainen voi esittää ajatuksia Jumalasta, Jeesuksesta, kristittynä elämisestä, koettelemuksista tai rukouksesta. Illassa voi jakaa oman suosikkiraamatunkohtansa, veisata suosikkivirtensä tai olla ihan vain osallisena sekä oppia uutta. Ristin killassa perinteisesti seurojen ohjelma on vuorotellut puheenvuorojen ja laulujen välillä, ja näin käynee myös tällä kertaa. Olet lämpimästi tervetullut kuulemaan, jakamaan, rukoilemaan ja laulamaan. Ilta järjestetään OUBS:n studiolla (Jämeräntaival 1, kellarikerros). Varsinainen ohjelma alkaa klo 18.30, ja ovet avautuvat klo 18.15. Iltapala pidetään nyyttäriperiaatteella.
