The prayer meetings are held of the first and third Monday of each month somewhere in Otaniemi. 8 19:00: Tapio Puolimatka: Sexuality in contemporary society 08.05.2024 19:00 The Living Room of the Teekkari Village Jämeräntaival 5 A Espoo, Nyky-yhteiskunnassa, jossa oman seksuaalisen identiteetin määrittävät henkilökohtaiset vietit ja mieltymykset objektiivisen moraalin ja Jumalan lain sijasta, arvostus perhe-elämää kohtaan on vähitellen hiipunut johtaen mm. avioeroihin ja rikkinäisiin parisuhteisiin. Yleisesemminkin arvovapaa maailma on edesauttanut identiteettikriisiä, mikä näkyy erityisesti nuorten pahoinvointina. Valitettavasti kristitytkään eivät ole vapaita ympäröivän yhteiskunnan ideologisista paineista ja väärät käsitykset rakkaudesta ja hyvästä elämästä saattavat helposti sujahtaa kristityn sydämeen. Tervetuloa tulevana keskiviikkona 8.5. kuulemaan opetusta aiheesta, kun vieraaksi kiltailtaan saapuu filosofi ja kasvatustieteilijä Tapio Puolimatka. Ilta pidetään Kylän olohuoneella (Jämeräntaival 5 A), ja varsinainen ohjelma alkaa klo 19.00. Olet kuitenkin tervetullut etkoilemaan jo klo 18.30 alkaen. Illan päättää ilmainen iltapala ja -hartaus.

22 19:00: Riku Hörkkö: kotiseurakunnan merkitys 22.05.2024 19:00 The association space of the Maari Building Sähkömiehentie 5 2nd floor, rooms 240-241 Espoo, Uskovan elämässä tulee vastaan niin ylä- kuin alamäkiä. Näiden vaiheiden kohtaamista varten Jumala on suuressa viisaudessaan antanut meille seurakunnan jakamaan taakkoja, ravitsemaan uupunutta matkaajaa sekä varustamaan meitä opetuksella. Tervetuloa kuulemaan kotiseurakunnan eli oman seurakunnan ja hengellisen kodin merkityksestä uskovan elämässä Ristin killan puheenjohtajan Riku Hörkön näkökulmasta. Tapahtuma järjestetään Maarintalon yhdistystilassa (Sähkömiehentie 5, 2. kerros, huoneet 240–241) ja varsinainen ohjelma alkaa klo 19.00. Olet kuitenkin tervetullut jo aikaisemmin klo 17.30 alkavaan ohjelmapalaveriin! Illan päättävät iltapala ja -hartaus! Iltaan liittyvissä kysymyksissä olethan yhteydessä Ristin killan ohjelmavastaaviin Ellaan tai Rebekkaan.

29 19:00: Prayer and worship evening 29.05.2024 19:00 The Living Room of the Teekkari Village Jämeräntaival 5 A Espoo, Tervetuloa ylistämään yhdessä elävää Jumalaa Kylän olohuoneessa keskiviikkona 29.5.! Ylistys ja rukous on elintärkeä osa uskovan elämää. Tuodaan yhdessä kaikki kiitos- ja rukousaiheemme Jumalan eteen. Tulkaa, kiittäkää minun kanssani Herraa, kunnioittakaamme yhdessä hänen nimeään! Ps. 34:4 The actual programme starts at 7:00 PM, but you are welcome to join the starting from 6:30 PM. The evening concludes with a free supper and devotion.

30 16:15: Saunailta Hvittorpissa 30.05.2024 16:15 Hvittorpin kurssikeskus Hvittorpintie 245 Kirkkonummi, 02430 It’s time to relax! Welcome to the sauna evening in Hvittorp on Thursday, May 30th. Carpool rides leave from the intersection of the road to Otaniemi Chapel and Jämeräntaival at 4:15 pm. At Hvittorp, we begin with dinner, then go to sauna / play board games (there’s 3 hours for this), have a devotional, and are back in Otaniemi at 10:30 pm. Submit here viim. 22.5. klo 23.00!
